Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for services purchased from Forecast Creatives.
1. Monthly retainers
Monthly marketing retainers are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once the month has commenced, because work begins immediately. If you cancel mid-month, the current month remains billable; the cancellation applies to the following month.
2. Project work
Project-based services (websites, branding, AI automation, etc.) are billed per milestone. Refund eligibility depends on the milestone stage:
- Before kickoff: Full refund minus any third-party costs already incurred.
- During discovery/design: Refund of unstarted milestones. Completed work is non-refundable.
- During development: Refund of remaining milestones only. Work delivered is non-refundable.
- After delivery: Non-refundable unless the deliverable materially fails to match the agreed scope.
3. Third-party costs
Advertising spend, hosting, domain registrations, software subscriptions, creator fees and licenses paid to third parties are non-refundable, as we have no control over those platforms' refund policies.
4. Non-refundable items
- Setup fees already used for onboarding or strategy work
- Completed and approved deliverables
- Consulting sessions already conducted
- Fees for services already delivered
- Advertising spend already committed to platforms
5. How to request a refund
Email growth@forecastcreatives.com with:
- Your name and invoice number
- Service purchased and dates
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting information
6. Processing time
Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, please contact us first to resolve the matter. We aim to be fair and transparent in every case.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services and additional fees.
