Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Forecast Creatives. Here's how.

1. What you can request

• Deletion of all personal data we hold about you
• Deletion of specific records (e.g., marketing list only)
• Confirmation of what data we hold before deletion

2. How to submit a request

Email growth@forecastcreatives.com with:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your full name
• Email address(es) associated with your data
• What you want deleted (all data or specific categories)
• Preferred contact method for confirmation

We may ask for identity verification before processing.

3. Processing time

We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive written confirmation once complete.

4. What we cannot delete

Some data must be retained for legal reasons:

• Invoices and payment records (required by tax law for 7 years)
• Records related to ongoing legal claims
• Data required to fulfil active contracts

We'll explain if any of these apply to your request.

5. Third-party data

If your data was shared with third-party services (analytics, CRM, ad platforms), we'll notify them of your deletion request. You may also need to contact them directly.
